Ernest A. Liebre, AIFA®
Mr. Liebre is considered an innovator and expert in all phases of corporate financial services and employee benefit support programs.
Previous to Cambridge, he was Director of Risk Management and Insurance for Revlon's worldwide corporate and employee benefit programs from 1980 - 1983. He created and was President of FMC Insurance Company and Director of Risk Management and Employee Services for FMC Corporation from 1975 - 1983
Mr. Liebre is licensed as a Registered Representative and an Administrative Principal with Series 7, 63, and 24 licensing. Securities offered through Registered Representatives of Cadaret, Grant, & Co., Inc., member FINRA/SIPC. Cambridge Fiduciary Services and Cambridge Financial Services Group are separate entities.
Mr. Liebre is a Certified Insurance Consultant and a broker for life, health, property, and casualty insurance.

Roger L. Levy, LLM, AIFA®
Roger L. Levy, LLM, AIFA® is CEO of Cambridge Fiduciary Services, LLC which provides consulting advice on investment fiduciary issues to the retirement plan and investment community and performs assessments of investment fiduciaries’ conformity with fiduciary standards of excellence.
Mr. Levy has over 25 years experience in guiding investment advisory clients with respect to their fiduciary obligations and how to build a due diligence record of their investment process. Having obtained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst™ designation, he offers lead analyst services on behalf of those involved in the investment process who are seeking CEFEX registration.
Formally educated in England, Mr. Levy practiced law in London after becoming a Solicitor in 1970. He was a partner in Taylor & Humbert, one of England's oldest law firms before emigrating to the United States in 1975 where he joined Saul Ewing Remick & Saul, in Philadelphia. Mr. Levy obtained a Masters Degree in law from Temple Law School and was the first English lawyer to be admitted to the Pennsylvania bar.
Subsequently, Mr. Levy established his own practice specializing in international business before joining the Law Offices of Robert M. Gottschalk, in New York City, a firm specializing in international business and trade. Subsequently, he served as Counsel to Kleinberg Kaplan Wolff & Cohen PC in New York City.
Mr. Levy became a founding member of Cambridge Financial Services Group, which provides investment advisory services to retirement plans, endowments and foundations and he serves as its in-house legal adviser.
Mr. Levy lives in Scottsdale, Arizona where he manages Cambridge’s Scottsdale office. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of The Facial Pain Association.
James M. Williams, AIF®
Jim Williams is a Senior Financial Professional with over 25 years investment fiduciary experience as head of the Treasury function of a major Pharmaceutical Company where his responsibilities included all financial aspects of the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans with combined assets of over $1 billion.
As head of the Treasury function Mr. Williams was responsible for making all recommendations to the Investment Committee of which he was also a member for 15 years and was responsible for implementing their decisions.
Mr. Williams was also responsible for Risk Management and Cash Management as well as managing relationships with the Company’s investment adviser and service providers, while overseeing implementation of applicable Safe Harbor procedures, analyzing and reporting all Investment Expenses and communicating with Plan participants.
Jim joins Cambridge as a Senior Fiduciary Analyst and brings to Cambridge a wealth of knowledge from a Plan Sponsor’s perspective. Cambridge clients and those seeking assessment of their conformity with Standards of Fiduciary Excellence will benefit from his many years of hands on experience and from his keen analytical skills.
